Matthew came out within 24hrs to look at a leak from my roof, despite it being a bank holiday weekend! He explained everything clearly and took pics to show me where the issues were. Called Birstall Roofing this morning for a quote to make a repair to the edge of my roof where some pointing had fallen out. Matthew gave me a quote from the pictures I had sent him. As I was happy with the quote he came and did the job within a couple of hours. He explained what he was going to do. He also replaced some gutter bends that were leaking. As a technician for many years for a waterproofing manfacturer i visit a lot of projects and see various levels of workmanship and competency and i can usally tell within a few minutes what to expect for the remainder of the project and my gut feeling on this one was filled with delight, The first encounter with Matthew (Birstall Roofing) was on this project in Blackburn and just speaking with him you know ot all going to work out and sure enough when i returned a few days later i was able to sign off the project with no items that required remedial action. The workmanship is excellent and everthing followed the guidelines set out it Codes of Practice for felting, a proper job done by a proper installation team,

Just a small job replacing 2 tiles that no one else wanted. Birstall Roofing turned up as planned. Sorted the tiles in less than half an hour.
